How much are FitnessCoach.com memberships?
We offer two payment options with a price of $7.95/month or $69.95/year.
How do I become a FitnessCoach member and gain access to the full site?
If you choose to purchase a full membership, simply go to the membership page of the MyFitnessCoachTM section and enter any necessary payment options and information. Then start taking advantage of full access to the site!
What forms of payment are accepted?
FitnessCoach.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
When trying to recover my password, I clicked on the link in the e-mail you sent but it said "the page you are trying to access is no longer valid." Why?
You may have attempted to log in before using the link from e-mail. Use the “Forgot Password” link again and be sure to immediately use the e-mail link when you receive it.
When filling out my security questions for password assistance, I am led to a page that says “You do not have eligibility. Please make sure that you have proper eligibility to continue your password recovery.” What does this mean?
You either did not complete your registration or your account has expired. Please re-register.
What type of browser and other requirements do I need to access FitnessCoach.com?
Internet Explorer 6.0 or above or Firefox 1.5 or above; cookies enabled, JavaScript enabled, pop-up blocker disabled, Adobe Reader 5 or later, Adobe Flash 8 or above,

I'm not receiving emails from FitnessCoach. What can I do?
Check your e-mail’s spam filter or junk folder to make sure the messages are not being automatically blocked or moved to another folder. Add service@fitnesscoach.com to your address book to ensure proper delivery to your inbox.
How do I clear my temporary internet files/cache and cookies?
These files are specific to your internet browser. The steps that you will need to follow may vary, based on the operating system of your computer and the particular internet browser you are using. For instructions on clearing your temporary internet files/cache and managing your browser cookies on your computer, please consult the help section of your internet browser.
When I create a resistance program and check the available equipment, the equipment I didn’t check is still being used in the animation. What do I do?
You can substitute the equipment you would like to use into the animation. A list of substitutions is provided on that page.
Why can’t I view the exercise animations or virtual tour?
Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest Flash player.
What is the difference between Quickstart and custom programs?
Our free Quickstart programs let you get started right away. Select from a list of programs with predefined goals to find the one that works for you. As a FitnessCoach member, you also have access to custom programs, which allow you to customize your workout plans by answering questions related to goals, focus, duration, frequency, and equipment availability. Members can also schedule workouts on a calendar to view, delete, move, and mark as completed.
Is there any equipment that is required to perform the exercises included in the workout plans?
You do not need any equipment to use our program. When you create a custom workout, you tell us the equipment that you have access to and we generate a plan around your equipment needs.
How do I track my exercise/fitness activities?
Members have full access to a variety of health trackers to help them meet their goals. Select an appropriate tracker from the dropdown menu on the homepage to record your progress.
How do I schedule my custom workout plans on my calendar?
From your program list, click on the Assign icon next to the plan you would like to assign to your calendar. Then, select the days of the week you would like to complete the workouts. Please note that you can only assign one cardio and one resistance plan at a time.
(Note: You must be a FitnessCoach member to access the custom workout planner and health calendar.)
Something came up and I need to move my workout from one day to another day. How do I do this on my calendar?
First, select the Exercise icon on the day of the calendar you would like to move. Then click the arrows on the right to move it to another day. Please note that you cannot move workouts to an adjacent day if that day already contains that particular type of workout.
How are your nutrition programs structured?
Our goal is to provide every member with the program that fits their individual needs. Together with our technical team, our credentialed nutritionists have created a tool that allows members to create personalized nutrition programs.
I have food allergies, how can I edit my nutrition plan to exclude these foods?
You can use the Swap Meal/Swap Food function to select a substitution.
How do I add meals/foods to my meal plans?
When viewing your meals for the day, click on the Add icon to append a meal/food to your current list.
How do I know what items to purchase for the week in order to follow my nutrition plan?
When viewing your meals for a particular day, you can click on the Grocery List link to view all the food items you need to purchase for the week. Print this list out and check the items you already have in your home. Then, take the list with you to the grocery store to purchase the rest of the items.
How do I keep track of the classes and quizzes I have completed?
Visit your Course Checklist under the Online Courses section of Coaching. There, you will see an index of all classes and a checkmark next to those you have completed, as well as a checkmark for the quizzes you have completed for each class.
How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
Click on the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of our emails. You will be sent to a web page confirming the action.
